In case of non-purchase of CDW, the renter agrees to be accountable for the actual cost should a damage be incurred on the rented vehicle including the downtime days while the vehicle undergoes repair. Downtime cost shall be computed as days x 50% of vehicle daily rental rate.

FINES:

No SMOKING inside the vehicle. (under ordinance No. 34 series of 2017 "Smoke-Free Ordinance" fine of ₱1,000)

Additional Cleaning fee of ₱1,000 with evidence of smoking and dirty interior and wet and smelly carpet.
